The Worker cron credits points when your node stays online enough in a UTC day (heartbeats + uptime rules). Keep PM2 or your process running; sleep or shutdown pauses rewards until you are back.

Same Hub Points multipliers as the rest of Kasparex: higher KREX holdings increase daily operator pts (e.g. 10M+ KREX = 2x on the +250 base). Tier is read from your L1 KREX balance at settlement time.
